Proprietary computer tracking programs can control and record document flows as well as test and inspection results.
EXPEDITING
Expeditors’ experts establish intervention plans, hold meetings with suppliers and clients, monitor production schedules to ensure timely material delivery to the customer, or organize plans for recovering any delays in implementation.
WELDING ENGINEERING
The activities carried out by ECRI S.r.l. also include the field of welding engineering, where the company operates at the highest levels with specialized personnel. The company has qualified technicians for the execution and issuance of qualifications, for the inspection, and for the preparation of welding dossiers in accordance with standards such as ASME, EN, AWS, EEMUA, etc., which regulate the welding sector.
The personnel employed are qualified as International Welding Engineer “IWE,” International Welding Technologist (IWT), and International Welding Inspector “IWI.“
DESIGN
Mechanical design and product industrialization: Following the feasibility analysis, the crucial next step involves mechanical and electrical design using process control software. Achieving customer-desired outcomes requires leveraging our skilled team’s resources, ensuring performance and quality standards. Project phase (CAD 2D or 3D) is chosen based on customer collaboration, considering complexity. ECRI S.r.l. draws on years of experience, guaranteeing expertise and professionalism, delivering technologically advanced solutions while optimizing production costs.
Development of drawings and creation of tables: ECRI S.r.l. offers a design service meeting UNI, EN, ANSI, and DIN standards. It implements phases or results from surveys. Our personnel can execute the service at the customer’s premises after estimating times and costs.
TRAINING
A variety of training courses is available to prepare candidates for the development and implementation of Quality Systems in accordance with ISO 9000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other standards. Additionally, we have partnerships with companies/institutions for training personnel involved in non-destructive testing and welding.
